The guest societies in 2008 will be COPAPHIL Colombia/Panama Philatelic Study Group, Ethiopian Philatelic Society, and the British Caribbean Philatelic Study Group. You will find the 48 year tradition of 300+ frames of international exhibits, a team of renowned judges, 75 dealers from around the world, meetings and seminars on every facet of philately, plus the world famous sights of San Francisco.
The American Philatelic Society is offering a 2 day course on the Washington Franklin issues as a prelude to WESTPEX on April 23-24. |
